Payment and booking

• Pay and Signal: Once the booking has been requested, we will send you an email with the pre-booking details so that you can transfer 30% of the total amount as a down payment and confirmation.

• Terms: If within 3 days of receiving the pre-booking we have not received the payment and confirmation or the proof of payment, the dates will open up again.

• Final Payment: The remaining amount will be paid on arrival in cash or card, or by prior bank transfer.

• Tourist Tax: The accommodation is classified as independent rural tourism, therefore a tourist tax of €0.66 per night and person over 16 will be charged, to be paid in cash on the day of arrival.

Once payment and confirmation have been received and verified, we will send you an email confirming the reservation.

According to the regulations of the Generalitat, we will need the data of all the people who will be staying (name, surname, DNI (ID card), date of birth, town/city). We will send you a link to access the check-in procedure individually, which you can do both from your mobile phone and from your computer.
