ADVANCE

Once the reservation is requested, we send an e-mail to transfer the payment of advance of 25% of the total amount. There is 3 days for the payment of deposit

There is 3 days for the payment of advance.  Then the dates will be free again.

The remaining amount will be paid upon arrival in cash, by transfer several days before or by card the same day. The contract will be signed at this time.

The tourist tax must also be paid. The accommodation falls within the category of Rural Tourism Accommodation, the tourist tax will be € 0.50 per night per person over 16 years of age. With a maximum of  7 nights.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION

Once the payment and deposit have been received and verified, we will send an e-mail confirming the reservation.

TRAVELERS REGISTRATION

 By the regulations of the Generalitat we will need from all people (name, surname, ID, date of birth, village). We will send an Excel file to facilitate the procedure and return it by email a few days before arrival. If it is not possible we will take the data upon arrival

CANCELLATIONS

The cancellation of the reservation may give rise to the following penalties:

- 50% of the payment and deposit, when the cancellation is made less than 30 days before the date of entry

- 100% of the payment and deposit, when the cancellation is made less than 15 days before the date of entry

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT HOURS

The time of entry will start at 4:00 p.m. The scheduled time will be reported the day of arrival, inform by mobile phone in case of unforeseen events.

The departure time as a general rule will be before 11:00 in the morning. The weekend and reservations may be until 5:00 p.m.

HOUSE OCCUPATION AND MAXIMUM CAPACITY

The occupation of the accommodation, both indoors and outdoors, will be limited to the number of people indicated in the reservation, counting children from 2 years of age. Children under 2 years of age sleeping in a crib are not considered for maximum capacity. Any variation in the number of people will be informed and the reservation will be rectified.

We have baby chair and cot with order.

COMPANY ANIMALS. TABAK

Dogs are not allowed

Smoking is not allowed inside the house.

HOUSE EQUIPMENT, SERVICES AND ROOM DISTRIBUTION

We offer the full rental of the house. The necessary utensils are available in the kitchen, one large and one small towel per person, hand soap and toilet paper in the bathroom, basic cleaning kit. Food and drink must be brought. In the equipment and services section of the website you will find the details of what is included. If they notice that something is missing (glasses, dishes ...) or if something is broken, they must be notified for their replacement.

We detail in the reservation the distribution of the rooms, we would appreciate checking if it adapts to the needs of the group, otherwise you can check if any variation is possible, in advance of arrival. Once in the house you cannot move the furniture without requesting it.

OBLIGATIONS DURING THE STAY AND WHEN LEAVING THE HOUSE.

The house and exteriors must be left tidy, clean the kitchen and appliances, utensils, crockery and cutlery, and remove the remains of food and liquids.

You have to deposit and separate to recycle the garbage in the container at the entrance of the house during the stay. Report material incidents if applicable.

We would appreciate making good use of light and heating, not throwing cigarette butts and papers outside (we have ashtrays and litter bins).

The house is isolated, however the noise regulations that may disturb the most demanding neighbors from 9:00 p.m. must be respected.

 On the last day it is not necessary to remove the sheets and duvets, you can deposit the shower and hand towels in the buckets of the bathrooms.

SECURITY

There is a deposit of € 400.00 on arrival by withholding the balance from the bank card that will cancel maximum 48 hours after departure, once the correct condition of the accommodation has been checked and the final cleaning of the house has been done. You have to make proper use of all the equipment and furniture both inside the house and outside and pool. Any extra expenses for damages or extra cleaning hours can lead to retention of the deposit.
